We are currently seeking dentists for our location in Cook, MN to provide quality care in our communities. This position will become part of a general dental practice, providing care in all areas of dentistry for all ages according to their comfort level and expertise. The Family Dentist will collaborate with excellent dental specialists in the region for patients who need to be referred for care. Dental Hygienist – Bigfork – Full Time or Part Time

We are currently seeking a full or part-time Dental Hygienist in Bigfork, MN to support our dental clinic. Our dental teams enjoy a positive and fast-paced environment in modern and well-equipped facilities. This position will deliver direct patient care as assigned using established dental hygienist procedures. The full-time schedule for this position is Monday – Thursday, 7:30am-5pm. A part-time schedule is 2-3 days per week.

Behavioral Health Clinical Counselor (LICSW, LPCC, LGSW) – Bigfork

We are currently seeking a Behavioral Health Clinical Counselor to see patients at our Bigfork, MN clinic. This position will work closely with our mental health and primary care providers to create a true healthcare home. Onsite therapy and telehealth therapy will be provided to patients. Qualified candidates who are a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) are preferred. A Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) and Licensed Graduate Social Worker (LGSW) will be considered.

Working with patients of all ages, the Behavioral Health Clinical Counselor will assist patients with management of substance abuse, mental health issues, as well as assisting with social service needs. The position includes, but is not limited to, counseling services. The provider is encouraged to collaborate with primary care providers who are on-site as well as local health and human services organizations, community resources, referral resources and assistance programs.

Scenic Rivers Health Services is a Federally Qualified Health Center which enables you to focus on the patient and not production. Clinic schedules and patient appointments are quality focused creating a rewarding practice.

GE Centricity is our fully implemented EHR product and is used for all documentation. EHR training and implementation of mental health documentation will be provided.
